How to clean HALINET rugs?

It depends on the rug type. Washable rugs can be machine washed on a low spin cycle. Traditionally woven rugs should be cleaned by a professional rug washing service. Vintage and handwoven rugs should be wiped with a damp cloth and never washed in water.

Which rug suits which room?

Classic or modern patterns work well in living rooms, soft chenille/cotton rugs in bedrooms, washable rugs in kids' rooms, and washable non-slip rugs in kitchens. For hallways, long narrow runner styles are recommended.

How do I choose the right rug size?

Standard sizes based on room dimensions: 80×150 cm (small), 120×180 cm (medium), 160×230 cm (large), 200×290 cm (living room), 240×340 cm (large living room). Add about 30 cm of margin around the area your furniture will sit on.

How do shipping and returns work?

Free international shipping. Orders ship within 1 business day after confirmation and are delivered within 3-5 business days. You can return within 14 days. The rug must be unused and in its original packaging.

Embossed & Textured Rugs

3,134 styles

The distinguishing feature of this collection can be summarized in one sentence: a rug can be entirely monochromatic and still appear patterned. In embossed and textured rugs, the pattern is created by height, not color; some areas are left long, others short, and the difference is noticeable to both the eye and the touch. This selection of 3,360 products is built around these surface plays.

Monochromatic Yet Patterned

If you want movement in a neutral room without adding color, this collection is precisely for that. A series of waves on a cream rug or repeating squares on a gray background add movement to the surface without requiring an additional color. Users who don't want to commit to a color but also don't want a completely flat surface often settle here. For this reason, the collection offers a practical middle ground for those who want to postpone their color decision.

A Surface Read by Fingertips

The embossed effect often appears less prominent in product photos than it deserves; the visual can give the impression of a flat surface. Therefore, reading the product description in this collection provides more information than just looking at the image alone. It's normal to find a more pronounced texture than you expected when the rug arrives. When in doubt, the texture description is a more reliable guide than the visual.

Door Clearance and Vacuuming

Surface plays often mean a thicker structure, which has a few practical consequences:

If you're placing the rug in front of a door, measure the gap under the door leaf beforehand.
If you use a robot vacuum, consider that it might struggle on high-pile and distinctly embossed surfaces.
Pull the measurement back a few centimeters to prevent the rug edge from clashing with the door threshold.
When placing thick surfaces in rooms with underfloor heating, monitor the room temperature.

The Quiet Pattern of a Simple Room

These rugs are most often preferred in neutral tones; cream and gray options are the most dynamic part of the collection. For those who love a simple aesthetic, the minimalist collection is a neighboring branch. The only point of attention for cleaning is regularly vacuuming dust that gets into the embossed areas; the care guide explains the details.
