Accuracy of Content

Product descriptions and information on dimensions and colours are prepared with care. However, a rug is a natural, textile product: limited deviations in colour tones may occur owing to screen calibration, lighting and differences between weaving batches. This does not constitute a defect and arises from the nature of the product. If you have any doubts about colour, you may request a sample or additional photographs from us before ordering.

Price and stock information is updated in real time. Should a price containing an obvious material error be displayed, we reserve the right to cancel the order and refund the payment in full; in such a case you will be informed immediately. This right is used only for obvious and recognisable material errors; the consumer's rights arising from defects and from the right of withdrawal are reserved.

HALI.NET products are sold solely through the hali.net domain and through the official marketplace stores belonging to our company. Outside these channels, we have no dealership, authorised reseller or supply relationship with sellers using the name or images of our brand; we accept no liability whatsoever arising from such sales. If you see a listing in which you believe our products are being used without permission, let us know and we will take the necessary legal steps.

Continuity of Service

The site may become temporarily inaccessible owing to maintenance, infrastructure updates or technical reasons beyond our control. We carry out planned maintenance during low-traffic hours wherever possible. If payment has been taken for an order that could not be completed during an outage, the amount is refunded in full.

Notices and Complaints

If you believe that content on this site infringes your rights, write to info@hali.net stating the link concerned and the grounds of your claim. We will record your application, assess it within the period prescribed by the legislation and notify you of the outcome.

Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

Turkish law applies to contracts concluded through this site. This choice of law does not remove the consumer's right to benefit from the mandatory protective provisions of the consumer legislation of the country of their habitual residence; those protections are reserved for consumers in European Union countries, the United Kingdom and the other countries to which we deliver.

In disputes arising from consumer transactions, the Provincial/District Consumer Arbitration Committees and the Consumer Courts have jurisdiction within the monetary limits determined each year by the Turkish Ministry of Trade. A consumer may also apply to the arbitration committee at their own place of residence. Consumers whose habitual residence is outside Turkey retain their right to apply to the consumer authorities and courts having jurisdiction under the legislation of their own country.

In disputes with parties who do not have consumer status, the Istanbul (Anatolian) Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction.
