Beige and Grey Striped Flatweave Kilim Rug 120x180 cm (3'11" x 5'11")
The braided texture creates a regularly repeating embossed structure on the surface of the rug; in this product, mink brown, gray, and beige tones are transitionally used within this texture. The wool and cotton blend yarn gives a more matte appearance compared to synthetic surfaces. Since it is a product based more on texture than pattern, it does not clash with patterned furniture and curtains.

Size Selection and Usage Guide
Four sizes are offered: 80x150, 120x180, 140x200, and 170x240 cm. The size set is for medium and small areas; since 170x240 cm is the largest option, it does not cover the entire seating group in large living rooms, but should rather be considered for under a coffee table or a single armchair area. The 140x200 cm can be used at the foot of the bed in a bedroom.
Care and Cleaning
Despite being a wool blend, the care method is listed as machine washing. When vacuuming textured surfaces, using the vacuum in the direction of the texture prevents yarn pulling. The stain-resistant feature provides an ease of use beyond what is expected from wool-blend surfaces. Dry flat after washing; do not wring or crease.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can a wool blend rug be machine washed?
The product card indicates machine wash approval. Choose cold water and a low spin cycle; fabric softener can loosen the braided texture.
What is the largest size in centimeters?
170x240 cm. There are four size options: 80x150, 120x180, 140x200, and 170x240 cm.
Does the braided texture feel hard underfoot?
Braided textures provide a more pronounced surface than flat-pile surfaces. The wool-cotton blend softens this hardness, but the feel of a thick-pile rug should not be expected.

Size Guide
Size Guide
Choosing the right rug size directly affects the perceived size of a room. In the living room, the front legs of sofas should rest on the rug; in the dining room, when a chair is pulled back, the wheels/legs should still be on the rug (approximately 25 cm on each side); and in the bedroom, it should extend approximately 45 cm beyond three sides of the bed.
