How to clean HALINET rugs?

It depends on the rug type. Washable rugs can be machine washed on a low spin cycle. Traditionally woven rugs should be cleaned by a professional rug washing service. Vintage and handwoven rugs should be wiped with a damp cloth and never washed in water.

Which rug suits which room?

Classic or modern patterns work well in living rooms, soft chenille/cotton rugs in bedrooms, washable rugs in kids' rooms, and washable non-slip rugs in kitchens. For hallways, long narrow runner styles are recommended.

How do I choose the right rug size?

Standard sizes based on room dimensions: 80×150 cm (small), 120×180 cm (medium), 160×230 cm (large), 200×290 cm (living room), 240×340 cm (large living room). Add about 30 cm of margin around the area your furniture will sit on.

How do shipping and returns work?

Free shipping outside Turkey. Orders ship within 1 business day after confirmation and are delivered within 3-5 business days. You can return within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. The rug must be unused and in its original packaging.

The name of this collection is often misunderstood: what’s special here isn’t the size, but the design itself. If your space can be solved with a standard size, but you can’t find the pattern you’re looking for in any catalog, you’re on the right page. If the issue is about size, the custom size rugs collection is more suitable for you; the two pages are not interchangeable. Most of the examples here are works born from similar requests received previously.

How to Describe a Design Request?

Describing a pattern with words is difficult; showing it is easy. When submitting your request, include anything you have; this is where the process speeds up the most. It’s also fine if you don’t have any visuals; in that case, a few sentences describing the room and your expectations are a good starting point.

Reference visual: a photo, drawing, fabric swatch, or a link to a rug you like
How many colors you want and any essential shades
The room the rug will go into and approximate dimensions
Whether the pattern should be centered or spread across the surface

What is the Purpose of the 184-Product Selection?

The selection on this page is narrow and intentionally kept that way; what you see here is not an unlimited catalog, but examples showing what kind of work can be done. Use the page as a starting point: describing your request by referencing an example you like will yield results much faster than describing it from a blank slate. It’s often possible to change the color or simplify the layout of an example you like; creating an entirely new pattern, however, is a separate endeavor.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can every pattern be produced?

A machine-woven surface has its limits; very fine transitions or photographic detail expectations may not always be met. After your request is reviewed, you will be informed of what is possible. Knowing the limits beforehand helps align expectations with the outcome.

How are duration and price determined?

The complexity of the pattern and the size are evaluated together; precise information will be provided after your application. If you prefer to proceed with ready-made patterns, the geometric rugs and bohemian collections offer a wide range of alternatives.

Can a custom-designed rug be returned?

For custom-made products, return conditions may differ from in-stock items; therefore, the terms will be shared separately during the application process.
