How are Halınet carpets cleaned?

It depends on the carpet type. Washable carpets can be machine washed on a low spin cycle. Traditionally woven carpets should be cleaned by a professional carpet washing service. Vintage and handwoven carpets should be wiped with a damp cloth and never washed in water.

Which carpet suits which room?

Classic or modern patterns work well in living rooms, soft chenille/cotton carpets in bedrooms, washable carpets in kids' rooms, and washable non-slip carpets in kitchens. For hallways, long narrow runner styles are recommended.

How do I choose the right carpet size?

Standard sizes based on room dimensions: 80×150 cm (small), 120×180 cm (medium), 160×230 cm (large), 200×290 cm (living room), 240×340 cm (large living room). Add about 30 cm of margin around the area your furniture will sit on.

How do shipping and returns work?

Free worldwide shipping. Orders ship within 1 business day after confirmation and are delivered within 3-5 business days. You can return within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. The carpet must be unused and in its original packaging.

If you're looking for a small piece to add color to a room, the smaller models within our multi-colored rugs might work for you.

If you have a specific color or size in mind, you can write to customer service; incoming requests are considered when preparing the selection. For rug orders, shipping takes 1-3 business days, and you have a 14-day unconditional return policy. When the selection goes live, size and color options will also be listed on this page.
