At Hali.net, we work with leading cargo companies in Turkey to deliver your orders to your address as quickly and securely as possible. You have the right to unconditionally return products you are not satisfied with within 14 days. Below, you can find details regarding delivery processes, shipping fees, and return and exchange conditions.

Cargo Companies
Our contracted companies: Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, and PTT Kargo. The most suitable company is automatically assigned based on your order size and address.
Shipping Fees
- Free Shipping Throughout Turkey — At Hali.net, shipping is on us for all your orders!
- Regional surcharges may apply for islands, mountain villages, and remote addresses; this will be indicated in the cart before ordering.
- International shipping fees vary by country and weight; for special shipments, please contact us via the Contact page.
Delivery Times
- Istanbul, Ankara, Izmir, Bursa: 2-3 business days
- Other Metropolitan Cities: 3-4 business days
- Other Provinces and Districts: 4-6 business days
- Islands and Remote Settlements: 6-8 business days
Orders placed by 14:00 on weekdays are shipped on the same day; orders placed after 14:00 are shipped on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped on the first business day.
Order Tracking
The shipping tracking number will be included in the email we send after order confirmation. You can track your order in real-time by entering this number on the website of the contracted cargo company. If you have an account, you can also view the status of all your orders in the My Account section.
Return Conditions
14-Day Unconditional Return Right
In accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Sales Contracts, you have the right to return the product within 14 days from the date of delivery without giving any reason. For details, please review our Distance Sales Agreement page.
Conditions for Return
- The product must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
- Labels and accessories must be attached.
- The invoice or order information must be included in the return package.
- Products cut to a special size or personalized products are excluded from returns.
Return Steps
- Submit your return request via the My Account section or to destek@hali.net.
- Our customer representative will send you the return instructions and cargo code within 1 business day.
- Deliver the product in its original packaging, along with the invoice, to the contracted cargo company.
- Once the product reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, the refund process will be initiated.
- The refund amount will be reflected in the payment method you used during purchase within 3-7 business days.
Return Shipping Fee
- If the product has a defect, damage, or was sent incorrectly, the shipping fee is borne by Hali.net.
- For standard returns under the right of withdrawal, the shipping fee is borne by the customer; Hali.net offers discounted use of its contracted cargo tariffs.
Exchange Procedures
If you request a size, color, or model change, a return process is first initiated, and then a new order is created. Our team will assist you during this process; contact us via destek@hali.net or our Contact channels.
Damaged or Missing Product Notification
If there is visible damage to the cargo package upon delivery, please have the cargo officer prepare a report and do not accept the product. For defects noticed after opening, you must provide a photographic notification within 48 hours. For all valid claims received within this period, a free exchange or full refund will be provided.

Currently, our same-day delivery service is only available for certain products in the Anatolian Side of Istanbul. If this option appears for the product you add to your cart, you can use it.

Credit card refunds are completed within 3-14 days depending on your bank, and wire transfer/EFT refunds are completed within 1-3 business days.
