Returns and Refund Policy
A rug can look different on a screen than it does in your home, so we keep returns simple. This policy applies to orders delivered outside Türkiye.
14-Day Right of Return
You may return any standard-size rug within 14 days of the day you receive it, without giving a reason. To start a return, contact us within these 14 days. After you notify us, you have a further 14 days to send the rug back to us.

How to Return
- Contact us with your order number. We will send you a return code and instructions.
- Repack the rug in its original packaging, unused and in the condition you received it. Please roll it; do not fold it.
- Write the return code on the parcel and ship it to: Halınet A.Ş., Güzeltepe Mah. Zübeyde Hanım Cad. No:35/A, 34680 Üsküdar / Istanbul, Türkiye.
- Send us the tracking number. Keep your shipping receipt until the refund is complete.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping is paid by the customer. We deliver all orders with free shipping; the cost of sending the item back to us is not covered, unless the item is defective, damaged in transit or was not the item you ordered. In those cases we pay for the return and you do not bear any cost.
Custom-Size Rugs
Rugs that are cut, finished or made to your own measurements are made specially for you. For this reason there is no right of return for custom-size rugs, unless the rug is defective or differs from what you ordered. Standard (ready-made) sizes can be returned as described above.
Refunds
We refund the full purchase price, including the original delivery charges if any, within 14 days after we receive the returned rug or your proof of dispatch, whichever is earlier. The refund is made to the payment method you used for the order. We may reduce the refund if the rug has lost value because it was used beyond what is needed to inspect it. Your bank may need several additional days to show the refund.
Defective or Damaged Rugs, Warranty
All rugs come with a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects, starting on the delivery date. If your rug arrives damaged or defective, send us photos and your order number as soon as possible; we will arrange a replacement or a refund. Your statutory consumer rights in your country of residence remain unaffected by this policy.
Colour and Appearance
Colours can look slightly different on different screens. A rug shipped rolled may show light creases at first; lay it flat for 24 to 72 hours and they will disappear. A small amount of fluff is normal on a new rug. These are not defects.
