At Hali.net, we fulfill our obligations under Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act ("PIPEDA"). This page explains the rights of our users accessing from Canada and our data processing procedures.

We comply with the 10 principles that form the basis of PIPEDA:

- Accuracy: Data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Safeguards: Adequate technical and administrative protection measures are implemented.
- Openness: Policies are transparent and accessible.
- Individual Access: Individuals can access their own data.
- Challenging Compliance: There is a right to challenge compliance.

- Right to ensure the accuracy of data.
- Right to complain (Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada).
4. Cross-Border Transfers
Data transfer from Canada to Turkey may occur. In accordance with PIPEDA's "comparable level of protection" principle, contractual safeguards have been signed with our hosting and service providers.
5. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a significant data breach, the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada and affected users will be notified within a reasonable time.
