KVKK Text — Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data

As Hali.net, acting as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK"); we show the utmost care for the privacy and security of the personal data of our customers and visitors. This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK.

- Customer Transaction Information: Order history, payment information (card information not stored), invoice information.
- Transaction Security: IP address, cookie data, session information.
- Marketing Information: Your membership and marketing preferences.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Order processing and delivery procedures.
- Customer services and support.
- Fulfillment of legal obligations.
- Improvement of service quality.
- Marketing communication, with explicit consent.
- Security and fraud prevention.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred to our contracted business partners (shipping companies, payment institutions, hosting providers) and authorized public institutions for legal obligations, cargo delivery, payment processing, and hosting services. Where data is transferred abroad, necessary safeguards are taken within the scope of KVKK Article 9.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Within the scope of KVKK Article 11; you have the rights to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request rectification, to request erasure/destruction, to request notification to third parties, to object to the occurrence of a result against you through the analysis of your personal data exclusively by automatic systems, and to request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing.
To exercise these rights, you can send your request to kvkk@hali.net or submit a written application to our central address. Your requests will be concluded within 30 days.
6. Data Retention Period
Your data is processed within the framework of legal retention periods and commercial needs. Data other than records required to be kept for 10 years by commercial legislation will be anonymized or deleted 2 years after your membership ends.
