By becoming a member of the Hali.net (hali.net) website, you agree to the terms and conditions set forth below. Please read this agreement carefully before membership.
1. Parties
This agreement is made between Hali.net (hereinafter "the SITE") and the user who is a member of the site (hereinafter "the MEMBER").
2. Membership Conditions
- The Member must be over 18 years old and have legal capacity to act.
- The information provided in the membership form must be accurate, current, and complete.
- The Member is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their username and password.
- It is forbidden to open more than one membership under the same person's name.
3. Member's Rights and Obligations
- The Member is responsible for all transactions made through their account.
- The Member uses the site in accordance with laws and general morality.
- The Member respects the rights of others; avoids behaviors such as spam, harassment, and fraud.
- The Member pays the full price for the products they order.
4. Site's Rights and Obligations
- The Site provides the technical infrastructure required for the services to be offered.
- The Site processes members' personal data within the framework of the KVKK Text and Privacy Policy.
- The Site may suspend or terminate the membership of a member who acts contrary to the agreement or laws.
- The Site may change the scope and content of its services with prior notice.
5. Membership Benefits
- Order history tracking.
- Favorite products list (Favorite Products).
- Special campaign and discount notifications.
- Fast reordering.
- Address book management.
6. Termination of Membership
The Member may terminate their membership at any time. Data after membership is anonymized or deleted at the end of the legal retention periods specified in the KVKK Text.
7. Intellectual Property
All written, visual, and technical content on the site is the intellectual property of Hali.net; unauthorized copying, reproduction, and distribution are prohibited.
8. Limitation of Liability
The Site is responsible for damages arising from third-party links, shipping delays, force majeure events, and technical disruptions within the framework of legal obligations.
9. Dispute Resolution
Istanbul Anadolu Courts and Enforcement Offices are authorized in disputes arising from this agreement.
10. Changes
Hali.net reserves the right to make changes to this agreement provided that it gives prior notice. The effective date is specified at the top of this page.
