How are Halınet carpets cleaned?

It depends on the carpet type. Washable carpets can be machine washed on a low spin cycle. Traditionally woven carpets should be cleaned by a professional carpet washing service. Vintage and handwoven carpets should be wiped with a damp cloth and never washed in water.

Which carpet suits which room?

Classic or modern patterns work well in living rooms, soft chenille/cotton carpets in bedrooms, washable carpets in kids' rooms, and washable non-slip carpets in kitchens. For hallways, long narrow runner styles are recommended.

How do I choose the right carpet size?

Standard sizes based on room dimensions: 80×150 cm (small), 120×180 cm (medium), 160×230 cm (large), 200×290 cm (living room), 240×340 cm (large living room). Add about 30 cm of margin around the area your furniture will sit on.

How do shipping and returns work?

Free worldwide shipping. Orders ship within 1 business day after confirmation and are delivered within 3-5 business days. You can return within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. The carpet must be unused and in its original packaging.

Tobacco brown is a shade of brown that sits between tobacco and cinnamon: a muted and deepened orange. Before choosing from 837 tobacco brown rug models, the real question isn't even about the rug itself. How many different brown surfaces do you currently have in your home?

First, count the browns in your home

Most homes have at least three brown surfaces: doors and their frames, parquet or laminate flooring, and cabinets or furniture. Sofas, window frames, and shelves can also be added to this list. A tobacco brown rug adds a fourth to this list; and that's where the risk begins. It's not enough to simply like the color of the rug; where it falls within that number is crucial.

The 'close but not the same' trap

Two browns should either be distinctly separate or truly identical. The in-between situation, a tobacco brown that's just a shade off from your parquet, looks like a mistake to the eye: the viewer sees the difference but can't pinpoint the reason, leaving only a sense of disharmony. The practical rule is this: choose a rug that is at least two shades lighter or darker than your parquet. A light tobacco brown with dark walnut parquet, or a dark cinnamon tobacco brown with light oak parquet, will keep you on the safe side.

When tobacco brown stands alone

In rooms with gray, white, or light tile flooring, there are no competing browns; there, tobacco brown is free to be the sole warm surface in the space. If you want a more saturated warmth, the orange collection, or if you want a range of tones instead of a single shade, terra and earth tones are the other two stops in the same family.

Are tobacco brown and brown the same thing?

No. Tobacco brown has a high proportion of orange, making it appear more vibrant and warmer. Classic brown, on the other hand, is neutral and closer to gray.

Can I get a tobacco brown rug in the same shade as my parquet?

If it's truly identical, yes; the rug will look like an extension of the floor, and the space will expand. If it's approximately the same, no, because that is precisely the trap mentioned above.
