How are Halınet carpets cleaned?

It depends on the carpet type. Washable carpets can be machine washed on a low spin cycle. Traditionally woven carpets should be cleaned by a professional carpet washing service. Vintage and handwoven carpets should be wiped with a damp cloth and never washed in water.

Which carpet suits which room?

Classic or modern patterns work well in living rooms, soft chenille/cotton carpets in bedrooms, washable carpets in kids' rooms, and washable non-slip carpets in kitchens. For hallways, long narrow runner styles are recommended.

How do I choose the right carpet size?

Standard sizes based on room dimensions: 80×150 cm (small), 120×180 cm (medium), 160×230 cm (large), 200×290 cm (living room), 240×340 cm (large living room). Add about 30 cm of margin around the area your furniture will sit on.

How do shipping and returns work?

Free worldwide shipping. Orders ship within 1 business day after confirmation and are delivered within 3-5 business days. You can return within 14 days for any reason, no questions asked. The carpet must be unused and in its original packaging.

Outlet Carpets

65 styles

Our Outlet page is small and dynamic: currently featuring 68 items, and this number is constantly changing. Most of the rugs here are single pieces or remaining in a single size, so it would be misleading to view the outlet as a regular collection. It's very possible that a model you like today might not be available in the same size tomorrow.

Why Does a Rug End Up in the Outlet?

The reason is usually stock-related, not product-related: a collection closes with a few remaining pieces, the color palette for a new season changes, or only one size of a model is left. The product retains its original features; its machine-woven structure, polyester or polypropylene content, and 12-month manufacturer warranty all remain valid. Unless otherwise specified in the description, the rug is identical to its standard counterpart on a regular product page. New items are added to the page from time to time, so it's better to check back occasionally rather than assuming the current selection is final.

Not the Place If You're Looking for a Set

If you're looking to buy two rugs with the same pattern for your living room and hallway, or to reserve a second piece for a future room, the outlet is not the right page: items here are not re-produced. If you have such a plan, it's safer to browse our modern rugs or classic rugs collections.

Outlet Questions

Is my return right the same?

Yes. Outlet products are also eligible for 14-day unconditional returns, and shipping typically departs within 1-3 business days.

Will a sold-out item come back in stock?

Generally, no. Checking the page periodically is the only way to catch newly added items.

Are the products defective?

No. The outlet is not a clearance category for damaged goods; these rugs are gathered on this page solely due to stock reasons. If there's a specific note about a product, it will be clearly stated in the description.
