Terms of Service

These terms apply when you visit hali.net or place an order from outside Türkiye. By using the website or placing an order you agree to them.

1. Seller

2. Products and Prices

We describe and photograph our rugs as accurately as we can. Colours may look slightly different on your screen, and hand-finished sizes may vary by a few centimetres. Prices are shown in the currency chosen at checkout and include any VAT that we are required to charge as well as customs duties and import taxes; details are in the Shipping Policy. We may correct obvious pricing errors; if we do, we will contact you before shipping and you may cancel the order.

3. Orders and Contract

Placing an order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we confirm that your order has been accepted and dispatched or when we send the dispatch confirmation. We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, in which case we refund any payment you have made.

4. Payment

You can pay with the methods offered at checkout. Card payments are processed by our payment providers; we do not see or store your full card number. Your order is processed once payment has been confirmed.

5. Delivery

Delivery is described in the Shipping Policy. International shipping is free. Risk passes to you when the goods are delivered to you or to a person you name.

6. Right of Return and Refunds

You can return standard-size rugs within 14 days of delivery. Custom-size rugs, which are made to your measurements, cannot be returned unless they are defective or differ from your order. The cost of return shipping is paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged or wrongly shipped. Full details are in the Returns and Refund Policy.

7. Warranty and Legal Rights

We give a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects. This is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer in the country where you live; nothing in these terms limits those rights.

8. Using the Website

You agree not to misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All text, images, logos and designs on the website belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied or used commercially without our written permission.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability where it cannot be excluded by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for defective goods under mandatory consumer law. Subject to this, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as customs delays, severe weather or carrier disruption.

10. Privacy

We handle personal data as described in our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States; your rights under the mandatory consumer protection laws of the country where you live remain unaffected. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country. If you live in the European Union, you can also use the European Commission online dispute resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. 12. Changes

We may update these terms. The version published on the website when you place your order applies to that order.
