Hali.net does not sell your personal information for monetary consideration. Sharing with marketing partners is done only with your explicit consent and can be revoked at any time.
4. How to Exercise Your Rights
To exercise your CCPA/CPRA rights, you can contact privacy@hali.net or submit a written request to our head office. Your requests will be answered within 45 days; if necessary, an additional 45 days may be used with prior notification.
5. Authorized Agent Requests
An authorized person may submit a request on your behalf. In this case, identity verification and proof of authorization will be requested.
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for legal obligations and throughout the service period. After membership, data is anonymized or deleted within 2 years.
