KVKK Text — Clarification Text on the Protection of Personal Data

As Hali.net, in our capacity as data controller under the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK"), we show the utmost care for the privacy and security of the personal data of our customers and visitors. This clarification text has been prepared in accordance with Article 10 of the KVKK.

- Customer Transaction Information: Order history, payment information (card information is not stored), invoice information.
- Transaction Security: IP address, cookie data, session information.
- Marketing Information: Your membership and marketing preferences.
3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data
- Order processing and delivery processes.
- Customer services and support.
- Fulfillment of legal obligations.
- Improvement of service quality.
- Marketing communication with explicit consent.
- Security and fraud prevention.
4. Transfer of Personal Data
Your data may be transferred to our contracted business partners (cargo companies, payment institutions, hosting providers) and authorized public institutions for legal obligations, cargo delivery, payment transactions, and hosting services. In cases where data is transferred abroad, necessary safeguards are taken within the scope of KVKK Article 9.
5. Rights of the Data Subject
Within the scope of KVKK Article 11; you have the right to learn whether your personal data is processed, to request information, to learn the purpose of processing, to request correction, to request deletion/destruction, to request notification to third parties, to object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your personal data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages due to unlawful processing under KVKK.
To exercise these rights, you can send your request to kvkk@hali.net or make a written application to our central address. Your requests will be concluded within 30 days.
6. Data Retention Period
Your data is processed within the framework of legal retention periods and commercial needs. Data other than records required to be stored for 10 years according to commercial legislation will be anonymized or deleted 2 years after your membership ends.
