Distance Sales Agreement — Hali.net

This Distance Sales Agreement has been concluded in accordance with Law No. 6502 on Consumer Protection and the Regulation on Distance Contracts, between Hali.net (hereinafter referred to as "SELLER") and the consumer who places an order online (hereinafter referred to as "BUYER").
1. Subject Matter
The determination of the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product with the specifications mentioned in the contract, which the BUYER ordered electronically from the SELLER's website, hali.net.

3. Product Information and Price
The type, quantity, brand/model, sale price, payment method, and delivery information of the ordered products are available on the order confirmation page. The BUYER confirms acceptance of this information by confirming the order.
4. Conclusion of the Contract
The contract is concluded when the BUYER approves the order, the payment is made, and the SELLER sends an order confirmation email.
5. Delivery
- Delivery is made within a maximum of 30 days after order confirmation (usually 2-6 business days).
- Shipping is free throughout Turkey.

6. Right of Withdrawal
The BUYER has the right to withdraw from the contract without giving any reason and without paying any penalty within 14 days from the date of receiving the product. The withdrawal period begins on the date the product is delivered to the BUYER.
Exercising the Right of Withdrawal
- The BUYER notifies the SELLER of the right of withdrawal via destek@hali.net or through the account panel.
- The product is returned to the SELLER in its original packaging and unused condition.
- The refund is made within 14 days using the same payment method.
Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
- Personalized or custom-made products.
- Products unsuitable for return due to health and hygiene reasons (e.g., opened bath mats).
7. Payment
Payment can be made by credit card, debit card, bank transfer/EFT, and contracted payment systems. Card information is processed through a PCI-DSS compliant infrastructure and is not stored by us.
8. Warranty and Defective Goods
For a defective product, the BUYER may choose one of the rights of free repair, replacement with a new product, refund, or discount, under Law No. 6502.
9. Force Majeure
In cases where obligations cannot be fulfilled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, epidemics, wars, or government decisions, the parties shall not be held responsible. This situation shall be immediately notified to the other party.
10. Dispute Resolution
In disputes, Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts in the BUYER's place of residence are authorized. Monetary values are re-determined annually by the Ministry of Trade.
11. Notifications
Notifications of the parties in the contract are made via destek@hali.net for the SELLER and via the email specified by the BUYER in the membership form.
12. Effectiveness
This contract comes into effect when the BUYER places an order and confirms it by shopping on the site.
