Our Team — The Faces of Hali.net in Üsküdar

When Hali.net was founded in Üsküdar, Istanbul, in 2020, it was a small family business. Today, with a team of 38, we serve all corners of Turkey in purchasing, quality control, customer service, digital marketing, logistics, and technology departments. We work together every day to reflect our passion for rugs in the quality of service we provide to our customers.
Our Departments
Purchasing and Supply
Our team, which directly liaises with production centers in Gaziantep, Uşak, and Kayseri, reviews new collections individually each season and selects those that meet Hali.net standards. We visit over 50 manufacturers throughout the year.
Quality Control
Every product that arrives at our Üsküdar warehouse is checked at least twice before shipment: size, color consistency, weaving quality, edge finishes, and label information are on our checklist. No faulty product will reach you.
Customer Service
Our team, available via WhatsApp, phone, and email on weekdays from 09:00-18:00 and Saturdays from 10:00-16:00, assists you with product recommendations, size consulting, order tracking, and return processes. You can contact us via the Contact page.
Logistics and Shipping
We provide delivery across Turkey within 2-6 business days with our contracted cargo companies (Yurtiçi Kargo, Aras Kargo, MNG Kargo, PTT Kargo). For details, please refer to our Delivery and Return Conditions page.
Digital Marketing and Technology
The speed of our website, mobile experience, search performance, content creation, and social media management are the responsibilities of this team. Our AI-based product recommendation system is also the result of our in-house development team's efforts.
